I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern and comfortable, but the check-in process felt disorganized with a long line of guests behind me. The service was friendly overall, but there were some noise issues during check-in. The location was pretty but not attractively maintained, although it was convenient for accessing the casino and the bull rides at Lea County Event Center. The dining experience varied from going above and beyond with waffles to needing improvement with square hamburgers.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms on the 3rd floor and up were nice and clean, equipped with a fridge and a microwave making them quite comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a real highlight.
